It’s no secret that it’s an exciting time for Queensland, and Brisbane in particular as the growth capital of the nation right now.
BBS Communications Group is delighted to have our headquarters at the heart of this fabulous region and we too are on an exciting growth trajectory. We are actively evolving our service offering and leading innovation in many areas of professional practice.
In line with this, our Managing Director Lisa Nixon, General Manager Louise Cruice and myself are delighted to have these talented and passionate professionals join us at the helm of the business.
Victoria Cox has been promoted to Manager, Clients & Markets. Sara Benallack has been promoted to Manager, Brand & Marketing and award-winning agency leader Haylie Marchant has joined BBS as Head of Strategy and Innovation.
Victoria Cox re-joined BBS in 2023 (returning to us after a stint in Sydney) and has made a tremendous contribution to our team leading major client projects and high performing teams in that time.
Her pursuit of high performance goes way beyond her professional role… so much so that when she’s not steering client projects, she can be found indulging her passion for adventuring. We’re very pleased to welcome Victoria to this management role in support of our firm’s continued growth and expansion.
Sara Benallack has been a critical member of Team BBS for more than 15 years and in this new role will lead BBS’ own marketing and industry engagement initiatives as well as continuing to provide high level support to our clients.
Haylie Marchant will support BBS’s growth and client excellence ambitions in the role of Head of Strategy and Innovation. Haylie is a highly experienced agency leader having worked across Australia and internationally. She will drive BBS’s AI adoption strategy and ideate strategic campaigns for clients across consumer, property and finance.
